3. Provision of the website and server log files

When you access this website, our content management system (see point 6) automatically collects technical information that your browser transmits to the server. This information is processed in so-called log files:

  • IP address (anonymised where technically possible)
  • Date and time of the request
  • Content of the request (specific page accessed)
  • Access status / HTTP status code
  • Referrer URL
  • Browser, operating system and language

The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR. Processing is strictly necessary in order to make our website available and to ensure its stability and security. The log files are deleted no later than 30 days after collection.

4. Contacting us

If you contact us by e-mail, contact form or telephone, your information (name, contact details and the content of your enquiry) will be stored for the purpose of processing the enquiry and in case of follow-up questions. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR insofar as your enquiry relates to the performance of pre-contractual measures or the performance of a contract, otherwise Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest in the effective handling of enquiries). The data will be deleted as soon as it is no longer required for processing; statutory retention periods remain unaffected.

5. Cookies

This website does not use cookies for marketing or tracking purposes. Only technically necessary session cookies are used, insofar as they are strictly required for the operation of individual functions (e.g. submitting a contact form). The legal basis is § 25 (2) no. 2 TDDDG in conjunction with Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR.

6. Hosting and content management system (Leads)

This website is operated using the content management system Leads, provided by Content Fellows GmbH, Seckenheimer Hauptstr. 113, 68239 Mannheim, Germany (Local Court of Mannheim, HRB 733005, VAT ID DE325151193).

The servers are operated exclusively within the European Union (Scaleway S.A.S., France); no transfer of personal data to third countries outside the EU/EEA takes place. A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR has been concluded with the provider.

The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR. Our legitimate interest lies in the secure and efficient provision of our online offer.

7. Reach measurement with Umami

For the statistical evaluation of visitor accesses, we use the privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics software Umami, which is part of our Leads hosting and operates on the same infrastructure within the European Union. Umami does not store personal data, does not set any cookies and does not perform any cross-site tracking. IP addresses are only hashed in order to generate an anonymous daily hash and are not stored.

The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR; our legitimate interest lies in the needs-based design and continuous optimisation of our website.

8. Data security

When you access this website, we use the encryption procedure TLS (Transport Layer Security) in conjunction with the highest level of encryption supported by your browser. In addition, we secure our website and other systems by technical and organisational measures against loss, destruction, access, modification or distribution of your data by unauthorised persons.

9. Currency and amendment of this Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy is dated April 2026. Due to the further development of our website or due to changed legal or regulatory requirements, it may become necessary to amend this Privacy Policy. The current version can be accessed at any time at https://www.agentic-punks.com/en/privacy.
